Data Deletion

You can erase a single conversation yourself in one tap, or ask us to erase everything attached to your anonymous account. Both are permanent.

1. Delete one conversation (instant, in the app)

Open the conversation, use its menu and choose to clear it. Every message in that conversation, together with any photos or documents you attached to it, is permanently removed from our servers straight away. This cannot be undone.

2. Delete everything (account and all data)

Our apps have no login, no email and no password. That means the only way we can find your data is the code your device generated. Before you request deletion:

  1. Open the app and go to Settings.
  2. Copy your recovery code (or the device code shown on the same screen).
  3. Send it to us using the form below, or by email.

Do not uninstall or clear app data first. Once the code is gone from the device, nobody — including us — can identify your account, and we will not be able to delete it.

3. Deletion request form

This form does not send anything to a server. It opens your email app with the request pre-written, so your code is never stored anywhere in between. If the button does nothing, email bilisamweb@gmail.com directly with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.

4. What happens next

  1. We reply to confirm we received the request.
  2. We locate the anonymous account from the code you sent.
  3. We delete it and confirm — within 30 days, usually much sooner.

5. What gets deleted

  • Your anonymous account record, session token and the stored hashes of your device secret and recovery code.
  • All messages and voice-call transcripts.
  • All photos and documents you attached, removed from object storage.
  • Your credit balance, credit batches and the full credit ledger.
  • Your push-notification token and the analytics/crash identifiers we can map to you.

6. What we keep, and why

  • Purchase and refund records — required by tax and accounting law, kept for up to 10 years and separated from your content.
  • Irreversible hashes used to stop reward farming, which cannot be traced back to you, kept 90 days.
  • Aggregated statistics that no longer identify anyone.

7. One request covers one app

Each app gives your device a separate anonymous account, and we cannot link them to each other. If you use more than one of our apps, send the code from each one, or say so in the notes and attach them all.

8. Uninstalling is not deleting

Uninstalling removes the local copy on your device only. Data on our servers stays until you use section 1 or section 2. See the Privacy Policy for retention periods.
