We aim for WCAG 2.1 level AA on this website and in our apps. We are not fully there yet, and this page says honestly where we stand.
1. What we do
- Text scaling. The apps follow your system font size, and the layouts reflow rather than clipping text.
- Screen readers. Interactive controls carry labels for TalkBack and VoiceOver; conversations are readable in order.
- Contrast. Body text and controls target a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against their background.
- Reduced motion. This site’s animated background stops entirely when your system asks for reduced motion, and it never runs where hardware acceleration is unavailable.
- Keyboard. Every link, control and form field on this site is reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a skip-to-content link.
- Voice as an alternative. Where typing is hard, you can hold the microphone and speak instead; where listening is hard, every voice call is written down as text.
- No time pressure. Nothing in the apps expires while you are reading it, and no interaction requires a fast response.
2. Known gaps
- Some decorative emoji and illustrations in the apps are not individually described.
- A few in-app screens have not been fully audited with a screen reader.
- Ad creatives are supplied by third parties and are outside our control, including their contrast and motion.
- This site has not been through a formal third-party accessibility audit.
3. Conformance status
Partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA: most of the standard is met, and the gaps above are known and being worked on. Assessment method: internal review against the WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria, using TalkBack, VoiceOver and keyboard-only navigation.
4. Tell us what is broken
If something is unusable for you, email bilisamweb@gmail.com with the app or page, your device, and the assistive technology you use. We treat accessibility reports as bugs, not as feature requests, and we reply within a few working days.
5. Review
This statement is reviewed whenever a significant change ships, and at least once a year. Last reviewed 25 July 2026.
