Every assistant in every one of our apps is artificial intelligence. Not a person, not a professional, not a hotline. This page says exactly what that means and what you may and may not use it for.
1. The disclosure
Our apps present AI assistants with names, personalities and specialities. Those personas are written by us and performed by a large language model. They are not real people. Nobody is reading your messages on the other side and typing back. Every reply, and every voice in a live call, is generated automatically.
This is stated inside the app on first launch, on each app’s store listing, and here. If any part of an app ever makes you unsure whether you are talking to a human, that is a bug — tell us.
2. What AI output is worth
Language models produce text that reads as confident whether or not it is correct. Our assistants can be inaccurate, outdated, biased, internally inconsistent, or completely fabricated — including about facts, names, dates, laws and numbers. Two people asking the same question can get different answers, and the same person asking twice can too.
Use the output as a prompt for your own thinking, never as a source of truth or as an instruction to follow.
3. Not professional advice
The apps are for support, entertainment and self-reflection. They do not provide, and must not be used as a substitute for, medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, tax or safety advice from a qualified professional.
In an emergency, or if you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, stop using the app and contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately. An AI assistant cannot call for help, cannot assess risk, and must never be relied on in a crisis.
4. Human oversight and reporting
Every conversation screen carries a way to report a reply you consider harmful, unsafe or inappropriate. Reports are reviewed by a person. Where a report shows a systemic problem we change the persona instructions, tighten the model’s guardrails, or remove the assistant. You can also email bilisamweb@gmail.com with a screenshot.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use our apps to:
- Sexualise minors in any way, in any form, real or fictional. This is reported to the authorities and results in an immediate permanent ban. See our Child Safety Standards.
- Solicit help committing a crime, planning violence, building weapons, or producing malware.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, defame or impersonate a real person, or generate content that dehumanises people on the basis of protected characteristics.
- Obtain instructions for self-harm, disordered eating or suicide.
- Generate content intended to deceive others — fake reviews, fake credentials, fake identity documents, or political disinformation.
- Upload another person’s private data, intimate images, or copyrighted work you have no right to.
- Extract system prompts, jailbreak safety rules, automate or scrape the service, or resell its output as a service of your own.
Breaking these rules ends your access under the Terms of Service, with unused credits forfeited.
6. What we do with your conversations
- Your messages and any attached image URL are sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate a reply. Audio you record is sent to OpenAI for speech-to-text, and a live call streams audio to OpenAI in real time.
- Your text is stored so your history is there next time you open the app. Audio is never stored.
- We do not train our own models on your conversations, and we do not sell them.
- Providers act on our instructions as processors. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
7. Content you generate
We claim no ownership of the output an assistant produces for you. Because a model can produce similar output for different people, output is not guaranteed to be unique and may not be protectable. You are responsible for how you use it, including checking it before you act on it or publish it.
8. Age
Our apps are not directed to children. You must be at least 13, and at least the age of digital consent where you live; under the age of majority, only with a parent or guardian’s consent and supervision. Some apps carry a higher rating stated on the store listing.
9. Limits by design
The assistants have no access to the internet, to your device, to your files outside what you attach, to your location, or to any other user’s data. They cannot make purchases, send messages on your behalf, or contact anyone. Anything an assistant claims to have done outside the conversation is fabricated.
10. Changes
Models, providers and personas change as the apps evolve. Material changes to what the AI is or how it is used are announced in the app and reflected here.
