We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page is our published standard, as required by Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy.
1. Zero-tolerance standard
USI Apps prohibits, in every app we publish, any content or conduct that sexualises a minor. That includes, without limitation:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form;
- text, roleplay or generated imagery that depicts a minor in a sexual or sexualised way, whether described as real or fictional;
- attempting to make an AI assistant produce such content, including by claiming a character is “actually an adult”;
- grooming, sextortion, solicitation, or trafficking of a minor;
- presenting oneself as a minor for sexual purposes, or seeking such an interaction.
This standard applies regardless of the user’s intent, the fictional framing used, or the age rating of the app.
2. How our apps reduce the risk
- No user-to-user contact. Our apps contain no matchmaking, no messaging between users, no profiles, no photo sharing with strangers and no public content. Every conversation is between one person and an AI assistant, so an adult cannot reach a child through our apps.
- Model-level safeguards. The AI providers we use enforce their own CSAE safety systems on every request, and our persona instructions never direct an assistant to adopt a minor character or a sexualised child persona.
- Age gating. Every app declares an age rating through the official questionnaire and, where the subject matter requires it, is rated for adults. Our terms require users to be at least 13 and at least the age of digital consent in their country.
- In-app reporting. Every conversation screen has a report control that reaches a human reviewer.
3. How to report
Report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation involving one of our apps immediately:
- Use the report control inside the conversation, or
- email bilisamweb@gmail.com with the subject “CSAE report”, the app name, and what you saw.
CSAE reports are prioritised above all other correspondence and reviewed by a person within 24 hours wherever possible.
4. What we do about a report
- A person reviews the report immediately, ahead of any queue.
- Confirmed violations lead to permanent termination of the anonymous account and forfeiture of any balance, without refund.
- We preserve the relevant records as required for a report.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where applicable, to local law enforcement and the relevant authorities in UK. We cooperate fully with lawful requests.
Anyone may also report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org, to the Internet Watch Foundation at report.iwf.org.uk, or to local police. If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.

6. Our commitments
- We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations wherever our apps are available.
- We comply with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and the equivalent Apple App Store requirements.
- We review this standard, our in-app reporting flow and our persona instructions at least annually, and after any confirmed incident.
7. For parents and guardians
If a child in your care uses one of our apps: the app has no way to contact other users, but it does contain AI conversation and, in some apps, purchases and ads. Use Google Play parental controls to set an age limit, and turn on purchase authentication so a purchase cannot be made without your password. To erase everything the app holds, use our Data Deletion page. Contact us at any time and we will delete a child’s data without requiring a code.
